Order from here as often as we can afford. We don't eat out much because of it, but when we do it's always from here. The food is always good and fresh out of the oven hot. One time I had garlic sauces I ordered forgot, I called and the guy I spoke to was very nice. I don't know what happened with other people, but every experience I have had from order, to delivery (every driver has been great) to food qualify is always spot on and top notch. Wish we could order more! Great job guys, keep up the good work and awesome food! Thank you!

Considering the amount of different pizza shops so close together portofinos offers the best food in my opinion.

The food is decent, the manger however, is incredibly rude. I ordered a side a fries through the website. They called to tell me they could only put the fries on my sandwich, why have the option on the website if you won’t do it? So I said well can you just make a second app of fries? Yes but I’ll have to charge you. That’s more than fine with me I just want some fries and i gotta share. Just for the record it wasn’t a small order I get it people that order two apps and that’s it is annoying but I spent 50 bucks on this order. My food gets there and we got one order of fries and it was enough for one person it wasn’t large or gumbo. I call and they say they’ll be right over with my second order of fries. Then I’m called back and was left a rude voicemail by the manager telling me that my extra 3.45 dollars was just for a handful of extra fries on top of my order. Mind you that’s already on top of the 1.50 for the side I’m not allowed to have. This was just a regular amount of fries. So basically this restaurant will charge you for things they don’t plan on giving you.

First time order from this place and it did not go well. The cheese pizza tasted good and I like how is was cook well done. However I placed my order thru their website online and added a chicken salad for my wife. In the notes I asked that the cheese and fries be put on the side and chose no onions or banana peppers with Italian dressing like I’ve done a million time’s at other joints. Well none of that happened.nnBut I get it, mistakes happen no biggie right? I gave them a call to see if we could get it straightened out. After talking to an employee, a manager was put on the phone. I explained what happened and that it may have been an error with the online system. He kept insisting that they didn’t get the request and that he would send me a picture of the order. I said that’s not necessary, I believe him and am not attributing incompetence to what happened. He kept saying we didn’t get the request as if I wasn’t understanding which was rude. Finally after arguing with the customer, I was offered “two fresh Italian dressings for you”. As if this was a sufficient resolution. I said no that’s ok not needed and wished the guy a good day.nnNeedless to say that will be the first and last time I order from them. Given that I am less than 2 miles from this place you would think the appropriate move would to apologize for the inconvenience and say we will send you a new salad. Not become argumentative and offer salad dressing in a condescending manner. So thanks for ruining dinner and showing that the customer is always wrong at your establishment.
