I've been a member for a bit now. Up until tonight, I had no problem being able to work out 24/7, even at 12 or 1AM. Imagine my surprise when I find that you're no longer open 24/7. Instead of simply telling me that when I arrived, I got to deal with the front desk staff gesturing at me--pointing at his mask and the window. Really? Between this and my own health issues, I don't think I'll be renewing my membership.
We didn't actually go inside. I stopped a patron named, Don from Boston that now lives in Pittsburgh. He was super informative and told us all the membership perks. He sold my husband and I. We'll be getting a membership very soon. Thanks Don!
The staff are super friendly and all them work hard at keeping the place clean and safe. I constantly see the staff sanitizing the equipment and refreshing the spray solution for members. Im really glad this is my main gym location! Keep up the great work!
Working out with a mask is a bit if a challange but it is better than not going at all. This PF is clean and the employees are always there and willing to help you in any way you may need.
First day at the gym. It was great everyone cleaned the equipment when done. Madyson helped with my membership huge shout out to her. Definitely going back. Thanks again madyson for everything.
