My home warranty company set me up with Omega Electric. We scheduled an appointment and Omega cancelled on us. After cancelling they called us stating they were on the way to our house- without every rescheduling an appointment. We were working because our appointment was cancelled. We called back to reschedule multiple times and are always transferred to someone else. They always have trouble finding our account and then stated that we no longer have an active service request. I called my home warranty and there has always been an active request. My home warranty then contacted Omega to fix the problem. I have called multiple times since and they still will not set up an appointment. Gave up on Omega after all of the difficulties. Will not be using in the future.

I recently had a bunch of odds and ends electrical work done ( such as add lights and plugs along with some other things to bring my house up to code) including a new electrical service installed. They were very professional on the phone and in person, when there were issues that had multiple ways to correct them they explained every option and allowed me to decide!! They are very reasonably priced!!! Couldn't be happier! Keep up the good work and I will refer them to EVERYONE!!! Thank you again Bill/Brian!!!
