Gordon Shoes is hands down the best shoe store in the entire Pittsburgh metro. As many other reviews have noted, the customer service is always top notch and informative. You can get anything here from top notch dress shoes, to hiking boots and running shoes. I have never been disappointed with a purchase from this store. Amy and the team here have a true gift for what they do. Drop by and check them out sometime I assure you, you will not be disappointed!

If I can give a zero-star I would. I bought a pair of shoes a couple of hours ago,$85 and I paid cash. returned them two hours later because they were hurting my feet and they would not give me my cash back and I paid cash for them. I won't get a refund until next week sometime by check in the mail. That is the most stupid thing I've ever heard of. And I needed that money to go get another pair of shoes now I have to wait. I would not recommend that store to anybody.who's ever heard of paying cash for something returning it in a couple hours later and can't get your refund...ugh!!!!!

I visited some friends in Pittsburgh and forgot to pack dress shoes. I went to Gordon's Shoes based upon the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed. Great selection at good prices and most importantly, very personable and knowledgeable service. Had the pleasure to meet the owner Chuck who told me about the history of the place...loved the family story.
