Passed this place dozens of times before actually walking in, and shame on me. This place has two levels and great array of clothing collections. I will definitely going back soon
I don't shop here all that often, just when I'm looking for Carhartt gear. Selection is so so, ( if you looking for Carhartt selection at nice prices go to Locust Grove in Armstrong county) prices ain't bad.nHere's why only 3 stars, I've never found the staff to be friendly. Quite the opposite. They make me feel as though I were an Intrusion.nI have read a few of the other reviews and management doesn't bother to respond to either positive or negative feedback. Which shows a lack of caring. Which fits in with my Perception of the staff.
Great selection of work wear from Carhartt, ariat, Dickie's, and timberland pro. Wide variety of boots for your job specific needs. Personally I always have a great experience with franks and the customer service the employees provide. Always making sure I'm finding anything I need
Frank so so, there a little high but got nice selection. The old man is a nice guy that owned the place.
Was great to go back to Frank's Shoes have missed them since they moved from the previous location. I was sadden to found out that Frank founder of the company and fellow Italian immigrant has passed on he was my friend since the days in Mt Washington.
