This is an over all good store. The only issue I have is the hours of the deli. I can never make it because, if I go before work, they're not open. If I go after work, they're are already closed. The website says the deli hours are 8am-9pm. This is ABSOLUTELY FALSE!! I'm pretty sure they just make up the hours according to who's working.
This place is slow as hell they only have two cashier and the service was great wil not shop there any time soon
If you have the option to go to a different giant eagle do it. The aisles are cramped and the layout makes no sense. The parking lot sucks too. It needs updated badly. Overall bad vibes.
The Brighton Heights store is always out of necessities and many items have very short expiration dates. They also block one-way aisles during COVID19. I've been going there for over 16 years and the store is too small for this area. Very bad managers, but employees are great. The employees deserve a better store to work in not what is there now.
This giant ego location is very convenient for me. I live relatively close to the store and I like the people that work there they're very nice and very friendly.
