Very nice customers service
Normal service. Price was what was advertised and liked that I could drop off keys after busiess hours. Made the move less stressful with out time constraints. Will likely use them again when I move from here.
Great staff decent monthly rate
Conveniently located off Pacific Ave. Jamie, the manager, provided me with swift and friendly customer service. She even went above and beyond to offer me specials on their storage units and work around my specific situation. Storage unit I rented was a 10 by 10 and we have fit more in it than we thought we would. The location was easy to find and I feel my stuff is truely taken care of by Express Storage.
They were letting homeless sleep inside and when we complained about the pot smoke they wanted to help homeless we removed our belongings instead
