I have had a storage unit at this location for several years. I needed a larger unit and Kayla helped me find one that is larger, more convenient, and will fit my needs. She was helpful, went above and beyond in helping me, was professional, caring, and very patient. She should be treated as a valued and treasured employee. This location is convenient, safe, and has been a great place to store my belongings. I have always been satisfied with the facility, the employees, and the location.
Had a great experience at the Black Lake Public Storage. They had the exact size unit I needed. The customer service was excellent. Kayla was awesome and answered all of my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. She made the process super easy and fast. I would definitely recommend storing here!
I finally got a bigger place and moved my stuff out of storage (5 years). Lena was a huge help in resolving my account.nnAllison was very courteous and laughed nicely at my sad humor. All aspects of the rental were well covered. She was great about showing me the space and ensuring I had the proper space for my needs. And, she was also good about making sure I got the available special rates.
Lena at the Black Lake Public Storage facility went out of her way to help us get just the right unit to fit our needs. She is friendly and accommodating (rushed back from her lunch to meet with me). Thumbs up Lena!
