We were in need of a second unit at this location and Ian was very accommodating in meeting our request. He stayed a little after closing time to help us and we were most appreciative. This is the third public storage location we've used and Ian provides by far the best customer service. He knows his stuff which helps speed the process. The on-site manager is the best. Super security conscious, and gave us great customer service! Knowing we were new to the state, gave us great recommendations too. We're very happy with our storage choice!
Ian-manager is the very best and took really good care of us. Since we are new in town, he even gave us a clam chowder recipe and told us his favorite places to visit.nGreat guy and great service!
