This company has no respect for giving someone an accurate time frame or being honest. I was locked out of my house and had my young daughter with me. When we first called they originally said they would be at my home in 15-20 min. That time frame then went to 30 after I called and asked where he was. An hour and a half later I had to call again and request the technician call us. When he did he said he was still 15 min away. 15 min passed and he was not at my house yet. I ended up calling another company and they came right away. We called to cancel the service and then the driver called us right away saying he’d be here soon and had a flat tire which caused the delay. This was the fourth time we spoke to him and he never mentioned it before any of the times he called us to push the time previously. I don’t believe he had the flat tire, but still It’s completely dishonest. I have a one year old in the car which I told him and it was winter, cold and dark out. He kept lying to me saying he’d be here soon. An honest company would relay that information right away or call someone else to help us so we could get help. Not keep telling me he would be here in 15 min and just never show up until I called the customer service line. It’s disgusting! Then after we canceled, they called us and say they are charging us because he drove out there. Never use this company! Go somewhere else! Anywhere else!

Easy to do. EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES. $7 for a house key. Only found the 25% off for first timers when they emailed to take the survey. Bummer .
