As a former pharmacy technician at Rite Aid, I know it’s a thankless job. The pharmacy staff at this location is great. The techs are fast and efficient. Even when they’re busy, the pharmacists make time to answer questions and counsel customers. My prescriptions are always ready on time. Great customer service.
I don't get any prescription medications here so I just go here to buy things. They have a bit more selection than other stores on Lincoln Ave, and I've never had a problem with the employees.

Went in with my 6yo girl and begged to use the bathroom and all the employees refused.
This is a split review. I like the store itself but the pharmacy just pissed me off. I called in a script that had already been sent in by my child's doctor and I asked whether it could be ready in a half hour. The answer was yes. So I get there about 40 minutes later only to be told it wasn't ready. The script would be ready in a half hour. So... They either forgot or just didn't do it. The pharmacy only had one other customer waiting so it wasn't because they didn't get the chance. I'll go back cuz my kid needs the script but in the future I'll give CVS a try. Thanks bunches.
