The clothing selection for men is ok. It is very female biased. There were no male employees either, not that I have a problem with that. It's just an observation. However, the service was good and the prices are decent.
your better off selling on eBay or poshmark. they give you nothing for what it’s worth. HORRIBLE!
I've sold at this Plato's many times. last time I went in I noticed two of the employees (one who was going through my items I was trying to sell) talking and laughing the whole time. The girl going through my stuff clearly did not show interest in even looking at my items I brought in because she was too busy socializing and having fun instead of doing her job. Also they post things for sale on their instagram but never update if items have been sold or answer anyones questions asked about the items. Another time they mixed up a pair of American Eagle shorts I brought in with another persons stuff and I never got the money for it. After calling and complaining they didn't help at all and tried in no way to fix the situation
A great selection of clothing/accessories. Only problem is that the store is small, not much room to walk/look around, especially when busy. Friendly staff and good prices.
horrible experience at this playtos location. the employees were either not wearing masks, or they were wearing the masks under their nose/mouth. the one employee was blowing her nose a ton, but never put her mask back on after she blew it. i felt super uncomfortable in the store, and uncomfortable that people not wearing masks were digging through the items i was trying to sell. they were advertising that the store is safe on a posterboard outside, but when I walked in there were no safety precautions being taken. i will not be coming back.
