Love Ross. As i read the reviews for Ross i can tell you that as 8 year previous employee of Ross the employees go OVER AND ABOVE to accommodate the customers.npersonally i love no fitting room because customers do not follow the rules and take more than the allowed number of clothing items in. Now with no fitting room, people try clothes on in the isle and just throw the items on the end of rack or in the floor. PUT THEM BACK WHERE YOU GOT THEM!!njust be respectable to retail employees they put up with a lot.
I always find something nice here! And it's so inexpensive! Today I got two purses, slippers, gloves and a brush for my husband.
This is my preferred Pittsburgh-area Ross location. They usually have a better selection, adhere to cleaner behaviors and are central go my general shopping routine.
I grabbed a pair of shaqs from here and everyone thought they were forces. Highly recommend!
Understandably, fitting rooms are currently closed. As a result, clothing items must be returned if they do not fit. With a receipt, returns can be made but are strongly discouraged by employees. Breana saw that I had a return, rolled her eyes, and then asked an “assistant Manager” named Christopher to take care of it. He took my returns grudgingly. After the return was processed, he claimed that for “his protection” he could not hand customers their receipt. Unsurprisingly, he couldn’t articulate the reason for his strange behavior. Clearly, this specific location has a history of hiring people with poor work ethic- wholly ill-suited for the service industry.
