My fiance was just in the store for over and hour. Neither employee bothered to help him even when he explained what he was looking for.. an outfit for our wedding. They were too busy on their phones and walking around aimlessly. He has spent about a thousand dollars or more in this store and this is how he is treated. We are very upset with this experience and will not be back to this location.
As always WAY over priced
Had a very bad experience there seemed like the guy that was working was burdened to help me out.only reason I stuck around is beacause I needed a suit that night. He told me that he would have to order the suit I ended up buying, but I looked for 5 minutes found it then waited 20 plus minutes to have him unlock the dressing room. Keep in mind there was only one other person in the store. Not good customer service at all. They definitely lost my business.nnJust an update their regional manager called me was not able to take the phone call, called back left a message and still no response. Very expensive! Good to go if you need bigger sizes to be in stock right away.
I would give a zero if possible I called the store as I was on my way to confirm how late they're open. They said they close at 6pm. I arrived at 5:53pm to find the door locked. There was no activity visible from the doorway and nobody answered when I called again from outside. I understand I'm cutting it close but if you say you close at 6 then you need to be open until 6.
