Great deals!
This place is a literal gold mine. I love supporting sustainable and there is simply no better thrift store in Pittsburgh than here. Period. Staff is very proficient (fast) too. Im a little confused by the people saying prices are high, my experience is always the opposite. 1 (of many) examples being $7 for a pair of $300 jeans in perfect condition seems more than fair to me. I also find this one to be far more modestly priced than other thrift stores, including Goodwill, which gets their items for free, and the merchandise isn't even as good. I did recently learn that this is not a charity, its a for profit company (they state this themselves) and they purchase these items from the vets charity, so I guess it indirectly benefits veterans. Saturday is their big sale day, where every tag except 1 color is half off
Great prices on all of their items. It always seems busy but I take that as a good thing. They have a huge selection of items household goods to clothing and exercise equipment furniture even bikes and jewelry. They do only take cash but they do have an ATM inside if you need it. Every time I go I find something that I can't live without.
Well the store seems a bit SPARCE. And the checkout person threw my statue into the bag. Didn't even wrapped it and broke the hand. Real class outhouse
I love this thrift store. It is HUGE and always has a different sale every day. The staff seems friendly for the most part. I just wish they took credit/debit cards. They do have an ATM in store.. but I'm cheap, I don't like to pay the fees. Also, their prices seem a bit high. 100 for a bike.. you can get one brand new for 100 bucks. This stuff is donated.. the prices are supposed to be reasonable. Other than that, it's one of my favorite places to shop for unique stuff!
