They can’t get you the most basic of information like their annual dues. The published our names in their newsletter as new members a week after we asked for the rates but it took them over six months to actually tell us the rates. Then we were jerked around with the daycare waiting list. We can’t imagine giving them a dime of our money or another minute of our time. They need to hire at least one competent administrator and stop having a daycare waiting list where who you’re friends With determines your place.
