After downsizing when we moved to Pittsburgh, we stored our stuff here for three + years. The helpful, cheerful, friendly staff has remained the same in all that time...clearly it’s a good place to work. The facility is extremely clean and access is easy and smooth. We recently moved out and all our stuff was in perfect condition. Mostly I had contact with Christina, Ray, John and Rose, and they are always a pleasure to work with. I’ll miss them!nnThe rent does go up approximately once a year to keep up with maintenance costs. I haven’t compared pricing with other places but I will say that you absolutely get your money’s worth here!
What a wonderful experience! This was the first time ever using a storage unit and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the facility and the people working there.n*Rose was extremely helpful with renting the space and was pleasant to work with over the phone.n*Christina exemplifies personable, knowledgeable, helpful customer service. She showed concern for me as I was trudging in and out and offered me water—which was VERY much appreciated as I’m old and out of shape. (I wish her well next week ud83dude0a).n*Darwaan was patient with this newcomer, was helpful and was friendly which made the experience even better.n*Ray was friendly, helpful and a good conversationalist.n*Manager—whoever you may be—you’ve got a great staff. They seem to be people oriented and made for a very smooth rental experience. Kudos to your team!
I have used Guardian Self Storage for every time I have needed storage space and every time the experience has been exceptional.nn6/12/2020nRevised reviewnI was disappointed with how things were handle during the difficult times with COVID-19. I was told one thing and when the time came I found I was lied to. Which put me in an even bigger imposition than what I already was dealing with. I will be seriously reconsidering using another storage facility.
Wonderful staff that took the time to show me how to get the most out of my storage space. I thought I would need a bigger unit but he help rearrange a few things and all was good.nnIt’s also cleanest place around. Clean Gloves on Every dolly. Everything is cleaned after use.
Clean and safe facility that protected our belongings. What I really appreciate is the entire staff who were always friendly and courteous. They once made a special trip to my unit when I was concerned that I had left it unlocked. Truly great service.
