I rented a unit from STORExpress because I was moving /downsizing, and just needed a place to put things while I sorted / donated / packed my belongings. As a night owl I tend to work off business hours, so my first touch point was via the website, which was super easy to navigate and very clear. As I did a few searched I realized their rates were beyond competitive, and their location right off the bridge is convenient to access. The very next morning management called me to go over my contract and rates, and when I arrived at the facility I was given a thorough tour and explanation of how to access the facility. It is a huge building, VERY clean, very well-lit, and the drive in access was SO helpful in both moving in and out of the unit. While I only needed their service for about 2 months, I was so impressed with the management, communication, and cleanliness. The next time I need a facility I will be sure to start here. Thank you so much for everything!

Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The staff was GREAT! From the initial rental, to the downsizing and changing of my unit, to making sure a POD service could easily drop off, it was easy and friendly. Loved being able to drive my car or the STORExpress truck into the facility and that the freight elevator was BIG. The place was clean too! I would definitely rent from them again :-)

My experience has been a great one ! The staff were very helpful, available and accommodating. I spent hours alone in the facility cleaning out my storage unit and always felt safe in the building. I recommend this storage facility to anyone who is looking for one.

Honestly, this location is by far thee best of all the store express locations; because everyone in this location are truly genuine, kind and extremely talented.. There's great studios like room 602 for an example...which gives you that professional environment to create and learn; as well as an experience that's completely authentic. They also have art rooms, dance studios, fashion rooms, social events , and an open kitchen...Very clean and well kept...... Great customer service and everyone there is very nice.... Overall this location is awesome!!!! They get my vote and recommendation!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!
