I had my things stored here for an extended period and I would definitely recommend them. It was an easy process. Check in was quick, I bought a lock right there from them , got a key, a passcode for the gate, and insurance for my stuff. Access was always easy and the service was great.
This is a very nice facility. the staff has always been professional and very helpful. They have some nice amenities such as bringing in a shredding company a couple of times a year. One issue that has been disappointing is that their fees are raised regularly claiming increases in taxes, utilities, etc. In fact, the inside unit i have stopped receiving air conditioning several years ago and they still increased the rate. It is a well maintained storage unit but be prepared for price increases once you get in.
I am very pleased with the exceptional service I received at this facility. Lauren even met me in the parking lot upon my arrival. She gave me a tour and made sure I chose the right unit to fit my needs. Cleanliness and professionalism are their priorities. Thanks!
Have had a great experience so far! I was able to make a same-day unit rental, and was able to check in remotely because I was arriving and storing after business hours. The folks here have been friendly and very helpful
This storage facility is the best! The customer service here is top notch. Lauren and Mim are amazing, super friendly and very helpful. The facility grounds is also very nice, lovely landscaping.
