Received a giant burnt hockeypuck with cheese as my order today. Always got sliced pizza and thought it was good for a Friday night and I was extremely disappointed. This pizza was crazy burnt and almost inedible. I didn’t notice until I got home. Will probably never get pizza from here again.
We used to love Napoli Pizza, 3 visits ago my order was completely wrong, I didn't know until I got home and it's too far after a 12 hour work day to go back. Next time the quality wasn't the same, we tried one more time and it was actually bad.nThere are too many people in the pizza area, I don't think enough single attention is being given to each order and it is showing.nSadly we won't be back.
