Sandwiches are the same as anywhere, but employees smoke right outside the shop. Doesn't take rewards.

The manager and staff are terribly rude. I called for delivery and about 45 mins later someone calls to say they could not deliver because it was too far. I am only 2 miles away. I then called back and asked for the manager to say I was sending someone to get it and to ask that they check beforehand when they take a delivery orders. The manager would not let me speak at all even thought I was calm. I even said I wasn’t mad about it when he first got on the phone. He still cut me off, would not give me his name then hung up on me. I had my friend in route and she was also on the call with the manager. When she arrived she was met with the same vitriol. He wouldn’t allow her to speak and refused to give his name. This manager shouldn’t be in charge of anything. There is a clear reason this location has horrible reviews about the customer service. This place will never receive my business and will continue to go downhill until this is addressed.

The customer service is terrible. There was some confusion and I got a sandwich without the toppings I asked for. I simply asked them to add the FREE toppings. Instead of adding them, the two workers and the manager began to argue about me needing to check the other sandwiches. I explained the other sandwiches were in another car and gone and could they add the FREE toppings I requested to this sandwich. If you can believe it they refused on principle that the correct sandwich must be somewhere. This was the manager. The manager of the store!!! They actually wouldn’t add some pickles and onions off of principle. I have never in my life. I left and had to eat a sandwich not how I ordered it. If this was the last resteraunt on the planet I would never go again. If you’re order is right then maybe you’ll be fine but if anything goes wrong expect the worst costumer service you’ve ever seen in your life.
