The pasta dishes are getting smaller and more expensive
Sometimes a little busy, especially in the evenings, but the staff are polite and the wait time is not too long. Delivery staff are also very polite. All in all, a great Domino's location.nnUpdate: these Domino's employees are my late night heroes!!
Ordered my food 2 hours ago it has not arrived not have we been updated on the status of our order. Called twice, once at the hour mark and once after an hour and a half to check in on the delivery status. Both times I called the person on the phone told me to wait 5 mins and the food would arrive, providing no further details for my order. Poor customer service. I still have no food, and no way to at least get a refund for my order. Avoid delivery here. For those looking for pizza and wings that will actually deliver, Pizza Parma has never given me problems...they will be receiving all my service going forward.
Can't give a zero I guess. Ordered twice from here both times over 45 minutes late. Hangs up on me when I call to check the status. Worst customer service of any pizza place I have ever experienced. Update, now the manager lied and said my driver was in an accident, un believable. Promises I will have pizza from New driver in 7 minutes max. Final update, the second driver never showed either, called for refund and they just pick up the phone and hang up without talking. Never order from this horrible store.
I would seriously recommend not to order Pizza from this chain. I have placed two pizza orders and both times, the driver never showed up. When you call up the store, they tell you the driver is in the neighborhood, but then this person never shows up.
