Jim from Precision Electric gave excellent professional service. He explained everything that could be done, and his recommendations for what should be done made great sense. He had an uncompromising commitment not only to the standards, but to quality parts and workmanship. And his price was reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.
I had James Ayala from Precision Electric install some exterior lights to my house about 11 months ago. He suggested I get LED lights since they last longer which were nice when they worked. The light fixtures stopped working and when I called him to see if he could look at them, since he told me they should last 10 years being LEDs, he gave me a hard time to come see them. He never came out to see them and now I have broken light fixtures that I paid extra for. I would not recommend him and the hassle he gave me to not see the broken likes was ridiculous. I would have rather gave him zero stars but that wasn’t an option.
