I haven't shopped in this location, but called in for pricing and installation information for a 40 gallon hot water heater. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed help in price comparisons.
As a moderately knowledgeable home owner, I wanted fix my leaky tub faucet. I figured out part of the job but went to Home Depot needing both parts and tips because I had run into issues I didn't understand. I grabbed on customer service guy in plumbing who realized my question was a bit beyond him so he quickly found Dennis as the real plumbing expert. Dennis helped me through the step of what special tool I need to remove the stem. I returned later the same day with the stem frozen to the chrome cowling. Dennis took it into his shop and struggled but successfully separated the two parts. He then helped me select the right replacement stem. The rest of the install went smoothly and I am a happy camper.nnI could not have done it without the expert guidance and extra effort. I tip my cap to Dennis!
Did a pick up in store order online. Got a text it was ready for pick up. The people at the store couldn't find my stuff and wouldn't let me just go grab one off the shelf even though it was only like 5 feet away. Had to wait over 20 minutes and finally just told them to cancel my order and went and bought it myself.
