The place look professionally and efficiently. The place was well labeled and clean. I found the staff there kind and personable.

Package was to be delivered yesterday between 4 and 7. At 7 I got a message saying it would be delivered by 8:45 pm. I eventually got the 10 stops until delivery at 8 pm. Kept updating what stop the driver was at and the truck was in the same position on the map for an hour. The next update I got was at 845 pm saying it will arrive by 9 pm. It never got there by 9 either. 945 was the next update and the van had made it back to Amazon.nnNow today it says the estimated delivery is for today or tomorrow, terrible management. The person was out delivering from 845 am yesterday until 945 pm! Couldn't get all the deliveries done and was in the same spot for 2 hours. No explanation. Ridiculous.

The driver lied two days in a row and said they attempted delivery and they did not even show up to my building. They claimed they couldn't find the building yet they have delivered to my build to multiple different apartments at least 200 times so why can't they find my building?

Having had several recent issues with getting my packages delivered properly and without damage I felt the need to post this review. Every morning as I drive by or stop in to Sheetz gas station on Steubenville Pike in Robinson Township there are no less than eight Amazon vans parked far away from the building withl all drivers standng at in a circle having a party for at least an hour. This is a daily occurrence and should be brought to the attentionOf the managers running this operation. They are stealing time and not providing a good service to the customers of Amazon. It is also very embarrassing as I own a business and a service company with many trucks on the road to see this party of approximately eight trucks every day. Just a heads up to the managers

This location is always losing my packages. Again and again. The other day the delivery driver sat in my driveway looking for my package. I still haven’t gotten it. Who knows where it is. Poor management.
