I usually get good service from this place , but the last 2 times have been terrible. I ordered a plain cheese pizza, it was so badly burnt they threw cold cheese on it and when I bit into it it was charcoal! We threw out the pizza cause it was completely inedible. Why would you do this to a loyal customer who tips you well ?
The meatball calzone was best ever. Meat very well seasoned. Buffalo chicken pizza excellent. Dough...5 out of 5.
This shop is not at all consistent. There food is good when the workers get it right. I have been ordering from Picasso Pizza for a year and a half now so I know what to expect. Whenever they get something wrong or suddenly change the food, I’m told it’s always been like that or the food never came with a side or sauce. How is it that I can order a pizza or sandwich that comes with ranch the first 30 TIMES but I’m expected to pay for extra and end up with the same amount of ranch that I usually receive. When questioned I was told it don’t come with the food. WHAT!?! Like I stated, the food is good when they get it right.
Ordered Picasso's to be delivered a couple times now. Delivery was fast, food was yummy. Tried pizza, calzone, sandwiches and pastas . All very good at a great price. Thanks Picasso's!
