Mt. Nebo Pizza Roma

Mt. Nebo Pizza Roma is amazing! Not only were we so excited to finally find a place that delivers to us, but the service is great! We ordered on Halloween night, the estimated delivery was over an hour. Our order was delivered within 20 minutes! The food is always great when we order as well! I highly recommend Mt. Nebo Pizza Roma!

So I’ve never eaten pizza Roma... I heard the pizza was good so I called to see if they had any specials. The guy tell me there are 3. One of them two large cheese pizzas, another I medium pizza and dozen wings, and finally 2 hoagies.. I decide on the 2 large cheese. I ask if I can add pepperoni. He says yes for an up charge. I say ok. Then I order a dozen wings. So 2 cheese pizzas with pepperoni and an order of wings. He tells me the total, $46 and some change and tells me 30/45 mins. I hang up the phone and think to myself...”Did he just say $46?” So I calculate in my head how it could possibly be this much, being that I got the pizzas as a ‘special’. So I call back and ask him to break the charges down. He tells me the pizzas are $12.50 a piece, and a $2.50 up charge each pizza for the topping. The wings $10.99. He said I saved $.51 with the special. So I tell him ok, let me get one large pizza And the wings. $27. Ok cool, but how did the price drop $20 by dropping one pizza? Anyways I go to get my order and the ‘large’ pizza is 14” not 16” like they advertise. In other words... it’s like a medium. And im feeding myself and 3 others. I’m so mad about this I’m writing the review before I even ate to tell you how the food taste.. never again!!

I just tried to make an online delivery order from this location as me and my family are new to Pennsylvania. John the individual who called me about the order was rude. He scolded me about what we ordered online and scolded me because we were just outside of the delivery range. As I tried to explain what I wanted he continued to be rude and condescending as if I know the menu like someone who works there. He told me that is was the online order site issues. My recommendation would be to straighten out the online order site and treat any and all customers as new customers. Not like we are an inconvenience to the restaurant. I will never try this place.
