I had a fantastic experience with Parme Electric and would definitely recommend them. After my initial inquiry, Zach contacted me promptly. He was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating of my situation as I was trying to schedule service out of state. Darren and Jake were great as well. They fixed the issue really fast and were very kind.

UPDATE: Zack called 1 hour and 4 minutes after our appointment time to apologize that he had not shown up because he had somehow not put our meeting on his calendar. He will be stopping by later this afternoon.nn--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------nnWas trying to get an electric work estimate. They couldn't schedule a time to even come for a consultation until more than a week after I called. I'm writing this during the scheduled consultation time - 18 minutes into the appointment time, I called them to check in on where they were. The person working for the answering service they used said she would contact the worker and have them give me a call to confirm they are on their way. 38 minutes into the scheduled appointment time, I still have received no call and no one has shown up. I called their number again and the person working for the answering service revealed she doesn't even have the worker's number, only an email. Incredibly unprofessional company.

Have used Zack and his crew on several projects and was never disappointed. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.

I had these guys upgrade my service line and breaker box to 200 amp service. I was expecting one or two guys but a whole crew showed up early on a cold morning. They wasted no time either. They had my old service line and breaker box out in no time.nInstalling the new stuff took the whole crew the rest of the day , it was alot more involved than I thought it would be.nThey showed up when supposed to, installed quality stuff and were friendly and professional. The quote I was given was equivalent or better than the other 3 I got and that's what I paid. I am a satisfied customer and will use these guys again and recommend them highly.

Highly recommend. Very responsive and flexible. Have had them perform electrical work twice and both times have been easy to work with around my schedule. They do great quality work and also do a great job cleaning up after the job as well. Will be using Parme for all my electrical needs in the future.
