Drew and Maggie came through for me today in Photo. I was under a deadline and they were clutch! These folks are awesome!
I was told I wasn’t “allowed” to buy more than 5 gift cards at a time. This was a week before Christmas! The cashier was rude and mean! She treated me horribly and created a scene. All I wanted to do was buy gift cards for Christmas gifts. I reported the incident to the manager, to the corporate office and to Facebook. No remorse! Just lip service. Ridiculous mistreatment of paying customers!
Used this pharmacy once because of the convenience of it. Poor customer service I just had surgery yesterday and instead of the pharmacy calling my dr for an error on a medication I needed they turned me away and said that they couldnt fill it that they needed a new rx... what pharmacy doesnt care to help after a customer just got surgery? I will go else where. Pharmacist and employees at the pharmacy are nasty. Every time I called to see if my medication was ready it was like I was a bother her...awful awful awful!
