Excellent customer service!nnI went to the outlet on Labor Day, which was a big sale day, and there was still a great selection of items. However, if you have your sights set on something specific, I would recommend going on Thursday (the day after they replenish their stock) to ensure the piece you want is still there.nI'd also recommend getting a rented truck, and have some helpful hands with you to haul yourself. Else you can get a 3rd party shipper to handle it for you.nnThe staff is very welcoming, and informative. Not at all pushy, but also available when you had questions. I also found an issue with one the items I purchased after bringing it home, and they handled the situation graciously. They were seriously caring, and I can't iterate enough how great their customer service is. I can't wait to come back and spend another half a day looking through the great selection!nn-Tricia

The WORST furniture shopping experience EVER! Here are my reasons why:nn1. They DO NOT load furniture. All furniture stores load furniture whether it’s a outlet or not. The concept of loading furniture you paid for is asinine.nn2. They are overpriced considering the items are used or damaged. I went during a sale and they were offering a “extra 30% off.” I saw multiple items in the store that have been on sale online, for cheaper or slightly higher including the “extra 30% off.”nn3. Last but not least the customer service is less than desirable. The furniture sells it’s self. They have a warehouse full of people just standing around looking.nnI would not waste my time revisiting this store. For the 3 reasons listed above. I will stick to online sales and final cut at least they load the furniture for you and are beyond helpful!

While I was hoping the prices would be more budget-friendly, this place is still worth a visit. Things are discounted but still $$-$$$, which is to be expected for Anthro. If you need a very unique/special couch or rug I would try this outlet! Some really cool wall art pieces as well.

Was hoping to score some great deals for cool Anthropologie pieces, and while they had a large selection, the items were still so expensive! Framed (in plastic) prints which had marks and scratches were well over $100, and those were basically the cheapest items. Was pretty disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Great home store with outstanding customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff! The staff go out of their way to help - they even brought my couch out to the van and helped load it! Good prices. Store very clean and furniture arranged in orderly fashion. High quality merchandise. We will definitely shop here again.
