Domino's Pizza

So we ordered $100 worth of pizza. We order regularly and leave a small table directly outside the door our food has always been placed on. Our delivery tonight instead was put on the ground and we had to pick our sauces up off the ground. I called the store and the same guy who delivered the pizza answered and said well you didn’t put it in the delivery instructions. I explained to him that we never had to before and we regularly order from this location. I asked for a manager or the corporate number, the phone was placed on mute. So no one answered when I asked if someone was still on the line. I then went to the store and asked for the manager. She said oh well I’m sorry I’ll talk to him. She said did you still want the number for corporate it 1-800-Dominos. And walked away from the desk I left and realized I did not have her name. I called back and asked they said why. I said I was just speaking to her. The guy didn’t answer so I turned around and drove back to get her name. When I came in and asked for her name, which was Erica. She said she offered me a refund, which she had not otherwise I would not need her name if she had offered anything other than to talk to him. She then started to argue with me walked away from the desk so when she came back I came back in and told her she can refund me. The service was horrible I was completely disrespected all for asking for my food not to be placed on the ground.

I enjoy their food, especially the sandwiches. Their staff is friendly and courteous. Never had an issue with any ofmy orders.

Excellent Service, Excellent Pizza ... Kind and Pleasant Staff. I recommend everyone visit the Dominos located in the Lacey Corporate Center. The Staff is courteous and respectful to all customer ... all ages, all races, all creeds.

Be careful with this store. I order and pay online and give the delivery guy a cash tip. When I verified the transaction online, the driver added an additional tip to the purchase receipt. I contacted the store to report it and the person who answered the phone said that he was a handler but another person was in charge of those matters, he wrote down my information and was able to call me back and they never contacted me again. It is disrespectful that pizza delivery people are stealing money from their own customers.

We had roofers coming and because of the heat they took lunch at 10:30. I placed an order for 7 pizzas to be delivered at 10:30. Johnny delivered them 5 minutes early and brought paper plates. So thoughtful!!! Thanks Johnny and Dominos!
