Shout out to Jimmy John's on behalf of Lacey Fire for making a bunch of sandwiches in a hurry for our crews!!! You guys rock!!!
We went in to place an order to go. Got back to our hotel room which was almost right across the street and realized they forgot the extra cheese, turkey, and peppers, plus the bread was SO hard I could barely bite through it. I called and was told they would replace it and send one right over to our hotel room. Verified the address and room # twice. 50 min later it never shows up, so I call again. Was told that they knocked on the door (they definitely didn’t) and left the sandwich outside our room. No sandwich to be found! They offered to put a credit on an account with my name, but can only credit back half the amount of what it cost (nearly $20). I’m really disappointed. Especially since their sandwiches are usually so darn tasty.
The sandwiches here are really good! I go thru the drive thru and order delivery often. They are always fast and efficient. Will continue to come here!
Had delivery a couple times from this location only 2 miles from their physical address. Was told the union location delivers where I am. Union location says this location delivers where I am. Get coordinated folks.
Great sub made faster than it took me to type this sentence of the review out. Ultra consistent, ready when you get their, store is super clean and the staff are pretty chill folks.
