Know that if you plan on sampling / drinking any of the wine or cider on sight; you will NEED to order food. There are no menus until you reach the head of the line. This slows the line considerably. Most places who offer a flight sample have “selection slips” of paper to fill out and give to a waitress; you need to know what versions you want by the time you get to the front of the line - there is no waitress to take your order(s). There is only ONE register - at the front of the line. When you close out / style your tab; expect to get back in the end of the line regardless of how long that line might be. I suggest NOT opening a tab.nThe young woman at the front of the line / register was snippy when asked “how do we do this?” Remember, there were no signs to explain how the patrons should have their selections for food and wine ready by the time they arrive at the front of the line. Food/beverage do or die by customer service - this time death ensued.nnThe wine was mediocre - not something I would seek out . The food was acceptable - beyond the Apple themed chutneys and salsas , the selection was as impressive as a few bags of road trip snacks.nnWhy two stars? The ciders were really good. A great variety and each selection had its own flavor profile that avoided the “it all tastes the same”nI WOULD return for the cider.nnGood luck!

Best cider in the area, easily. Everyone always talks up the pubs and bars in Gettysburg, but really, Reids is where you should be going. They have a solid consistent selection of ciders that are staples, with rotating seasonal and new flavors. The staff is always absolutely lovely. Been coming here regularly for years now and have made a point to consistently support them as a small business in the pandemic.n(Try the Sweet Scarlet!)

I recently visited Reid's Winery for the first time. Our entire experience was excellent. The cider was awesome and the food we ordered was very fresh. The outdoor seating area was clean and comfortable. Megan was extremely helpful and provided a wonderful experience for us. I look forward to returning soon.

Tasting flights are great in both wine and hard cider. The wine garden is a wonderful place to enjoy the flights and wonderful food.
