A great place to walk and check out the monuments

Like all of Gettysburg it's a fascinating place. I do have to say that it is VERY commercialized. I went to Gettysburg in 2004 on my Honeymoon, it was still a sleepy little town. Most people didn't know it was there. In those days you could get out of your car in the middle of the road to take a picture. Now it is so busy sometimes there's no room to pull over to take a picture. If you don't care for crowds, go to Antietam.
