I was in the store today. I overheard another customer ask about a service. The staff member went in back with the person's item. She comes back and hear the customer were discussing a matter. I could not believe the staff member said I could not understand you on the phone and I cannot understand you now. She said it in the rudest tone and she obviously understood her question in the store. You can get nicer and more professional service else where.
Always a good experience. We've rented a box for years and appreciate their help and time
The service is great, the store in clean and well organized, but I kept getting mail belonging to the person that had the box before me. Then I would have to take it to the front of the store, waiting in line, request that they only put mail in my box addressed to me; only to have the same thing happen over, and over, and over. I was happy to close my mail box.

I called the store to verify a service I needednAnd they said yes they could do it .So I arrive at the store with my paperwork and they said they couldn’t help me after 10 minutes of waiting .nI asked her why she told me yes in the phone and her answer was she couldn’t understand menAnd she couldn’t understand me now .nI speak clearly and even talked slow so and all sudden she can’t understand me . If she couldn’t understand me she should have said that before just saying yes to my question.nTerrible Store very unprofessional and rude .nI have been to many shipping stores and never had this to happen for a simple task to get a certified copy .
