Completely satisfied with communication and service. Quoted a price and that's what was charged. Serviced an obsolete door handle, but had the piece! Plus let me watch and gave me detailed information so I may hopefully repair any other malfunctioning door knobs. Highly recommend. I am happy and my mom is happy as well.
I lost the key to my bike I broughy my ignignition in to have a key made. He told me it was my lucky day. He could make me keys for $20.I took the key home and installed it. When I turned it on the lights worked but it wouldn't run. Turned it to the next click it would run but the lights wouldn't work. So I had to hot wire it so the lights would work when the lights ran. Called him back and he said he never took the ignition apart but it ran just fine before I took it to him.
Jim was super friendly and helpful, and made a copy of my apartment key within seconds...amazing value and service! I will definitely going back to him with all my future lock & key needs. :)
Outstanding!! Jim at Advantage Lock & Key is great. Made a key for a 1995 boat ignition that I couldn't find anywhere. He didn't charge me but wanted me to make sure it worked. It did, and I ended up getting 3 more. Excellent customer service.
