To whomever it may concern,nI am writing on behalf of a few other loyal customers as well as myself regarding a store manager incident. We have great concern for the health and well being of store manger #52.nI patronize many of your Rutter’s convenience stores throughout Hanover, Spring Grove and York . However, on the evening of November 22, 2020 around 6pm, it was observed by two families with children at location # 6 the arrest of store manager #52 on Rutter’s property. This person was extremely intoxicated. It is my responsibility to report such unprofessional behavior. Furthermore, I have better concern that this individual has been working under the influence on the clock at location #52. If no actions are done to investigate this behavior I will have a legal team ensure that the safety of all employees and customers are met at store #52. Thank you

I have never had a great experience here the customer service and a always good, the Store is clean but the food quality is absolutely not good I have never gotten a warm breakfast sandwich from there is always lukewarm or almost cold and when we had some thing made it was poorly put together honestly if I wasn’t going there for the garbage bags for the town I probably would avoid the store altogether
