I can not wear a mask so I wear my shield every where I go. This store told me I had to leave because I didn't have a mask! Sign said face covering even the Government allows shields
Staff is very helpful and friendly. I made a phone call to check on an item before coming inside to purchase. The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and kind. I was able to meet her when I came into the store, and see that she gave an accurate description of the item in which I was inquiring. She was also helpful in helping me choose a bag for my needs. The other associates I interacted with during my visit provided great customer service as well. I had a great experience.
I’m surprised by the bad reviews since we had quite the opposite experience. We stopped in to get my wife some flip flops, ended up buying several dresses, flips and shoes. Our associate was very attentive to my wife and even spent time engaging with my four year old daughter. Then ten hours later we find my wife lost an earring, we called and they spent the time to go find it in the dressing room. Overall great experience.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. I thought the prices were really good. My wife bought a purse, wallet and 3 pairs of shoes for $235.
Lots to choose from. Nice outlet store.
