Nice stuff
At first glance, you'll be blown away by the prices, because they are so affordable, you can walk out with bags upon bags, which seems like a score, but the quality of the clothing within Rue21 has diminished so much over the years. I have purchased outfits and after one wash the stitching has fallen apart or the garment has shrunk and thinned out. Please don't get me entirely wrong, they do have a pretty decent selection of fashion accessories and shoes, but I would highly recommend using discretion when purchasing clothing.
Im unsure if it is the weather or because it's a Friday but never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service and annoyed employees. The dressing rooms we're not cleaned the handicap dressing room was filled with racks and someone who was physically handicapped had to use a regular room when I asked a question I appeared to have been an inconvenience. First time have I ever experienced such horrible customer service...I will not return to the outlet Rue 21...such a shame
Good prices on junior clothing. Lots of bargains. Friendly staff.
