We decided to move to PA by the end of the year. Not knowing the area very well I reached out to Capital storage to start bringing some belongings down and was on a time restraint So I call the storage agent and spoke with Elaina as she explained everything on the phone and told me not to worry about the time to take our time and to call her if we needed anything else She also texted me the instructions on how to work the locks for the storage along with a gate code She went well beyond customer service and I would know as I trained customer service reps for over 12 years. 10 stars for her. Clean and affordable and excellent customer service! If I ever have a need to store my belongings in the future I will absolutely be using this facility again!
After the passing of my child Eliana stood in the lot hour after close to listen to me. Even sent a donation to the funeral home wit nice note. She cares about people in a personal way. don't see that anymore. I like to going to the office when shes there . I trust her. If you want a business that cares this is the place!
Best storage rental experience ever. Lacey was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
Rudest ladies I ever met. They are nice until you close your unit.
