Atty Miller: You avoided all my efforts to contact you by phone and by mail. I repeatedly called you to find out if you were going to provide the service I requested. Since you had no intention of following through, was it too much for you to tell me you were not going to prepare the letter, but still took my money for the service?!? I would have appreciated the professional courtesy of just telling me, and I would have been fine with it, but why say you were going to do it, take my money, not provide the service, and worst of all, not even give me a little courtesy. Essentially, you took my money without providing a service and you did not even inform me, but avoided me. I only wanted to inform you that I had resigned myself to leave well enough alone and let nature take its course regarding the letter. Although I could have, I did not seek the help of the Pennsylvania Bar to obtain your address or help in contacting you and inform them of your unethical practices by accepting payment from a client and run with it without informing the client you were not going to provide the service, after YOU HAD agreed to! I have left the state and have dusted my feet off your unethical service. It would have been nice if you could have reimbursed me for services you did NOT render, ethical or otherwise. That would have been the fair and PROFESSIONAL thing to do.

Maybe he was a decent lawyer before?? My brother chose attorney Miller for his divorce. Initially, he was very attentive and helpful. That was almost three years ago. Not a complicated divorce, Mr Miller just stopped responding to ALL phone calls and emails. I hope he is mentally/physically well. I am counting on attorney Miller to have the integrity to refund for services never rendered. (I will update review about that). For now, recommendation is choose a more reliable, responsive attorney. This lawyer ghosts clients!
