2/25/2020 not a lot to update you about Mark's paralegal(Beth) moved on to other things and was replaced by Miss Paula who is by the way awesome I haven't done a lot of talking to Mark directly with regard to Worker's Compensation because mainly it's just a paper chase so far I haven't had any issues I do what I need to do and focus on my health and well-being.nRegarding Jason there's not really a lot to tell you there either it's a process it's slow but what I can say is that his team is attentive and responsive to my emails other than that I am satisfiednn12/9/2019 so far Mooney hands are tied until things progress. Really cant speak on service…will update in the future.nn8/25/2019 Hired for WC and VA Car AccidentnI have recently obtained representation by Mooney via Mark and Jason.nSo far I am happy and satisfied....Haven't dealt much with Jason's paralegal Jen, so for now no comment. Marks paralegal Beth is awesome, quick to respond, attentive despite being busy, polite and respectful all the time....nDuring my first consultation I met both lawyers at the same time. These guys are down to earth and realistic which I respect above all else.nI will do a follow up in the near future.nn10/1/2020nHaven’t really got a lot accomplished the wheels turn slow money loss so far if I had to give them a 1 to 10 I would say a 7. Mark‘s paralegal Melissa is absolutely fabulous and on top of the game Jasons paralegal Jennifer is second but yet awesome as far as the attorneys themselves I really don’t talk to them unless I have to I go through the paralegals and so far so good everything is been satisfactory I don’t always like what they say sometimes I don’t even agree with them but they have a job to do whether I agree or not

I cannot say enough good things about Clayton Lingg. We hired him to do a trust for my mother a few years ago and were very pleased with how he not only dealt with her and all our questions but also with the overall professionalism. We were so pleased that we also hired him to do a trust for my father and his wife. Since then I have contacted Clayton many times as both my parents relocated to another state and in dealing with switching everything over to new homes there, they ran into a few issues in the new state. He is always super responsive to my questions and so helpful. I have to say I was rather shocked because he really didn't need to be since their business with him was completed and they had relocated. I'd highly recommend Mr. Lingg to anyone looking for help with eldercare law.

Over the past 30 years John Mooney lll has done all sorts of legal issues for my family, property, estate issues, personal family matters, I would only recommend John Because he gets things done, He is a winner and a pit bull. So if you win money really is not an issue. People winning because he is expensive, go to Florida and then you will see he works for way less with better results.
