I can't say enough about this contractor. When our oil burner went out none of the big box companies could come out for a week to ten days. I called Marks and the owner showed up the same day. He and his staff worked on the problem until it was fully resolved. He also uncovered additional problems which could potentially cause serious damage. Those fixes were made within our limited budget. Thanks Marks, you are now our Go-To Electric and Plumbing Contractor.

I only wish I had read the reviews posted here prior to hiring them to fix our ceiling. I met them through Lowes and there work was good. However, when we hired them to fix a sagging ceiling they ripped us off. The worker came out and put 15 - 20 screws in the ceiling and some drywall paste on top of them - ceiling still sags. He said he would be back, for what I didn't know - I guess to continue the shakedown. We discussed the ceiling would be stabilized and covered with new drywall. Paid several hundred dollar deposit and all we got was two dozen screws and a pint of paste.We called them and told them not to come back. Run from from these charlatans. I would have given them zero stars if I could have.

Had an appointment for Wednesday 4 to 5 took off from work to make sure i would be home they never showednMay an appointment for Thursday between 230 and 500 my work ran me over couldnt get there until 330 service man showed up at 230 took me i had to reschedulenYes i was going to be late but it is funny i have to give them 2 1/2 hours and they cant give me 60 minutesnWont reschedule with them

Two employees came out to install our dryer that we purchased from Lowe’s. They were much earlier than the time stated which was unfortunate because I was at work and planned on being there during this time. My wife was at home. They quickly stated that they couldn’t install the dryer because our gas and electric were not configured properly to fit this dryer. That wasn’t a huge issue. They didn’t explain why they couldn’t leave the dryer that we already payed for at our home. They took it back to Lowe’s and didn’t explain to them why they could not install it. Lowe’s ended up returning the dryer and refunding the money to a credit card that wasn’t ours (someone else payed for the dryer for us). We returned the “install” at Lowe’s. Rating poorly for bad communication with both us and between Mark’s and Lowe’s. I’ll make sure that if we ever purchase another appliance that Mark’s is not used for delivery or install.

They were able to come and replace my faucet quickly after I first inquired about it, and got the job done in a timely manner. They are very reliable and have always been able to make room in their week to do estimates and work for me even though I live a good amount of time away from their office.
