McDonald's

Sadly this was one of, though fortunately not the worst, McDonalds experiences I've had. It was dinner time and we went inside to order rather than the drive-thru. It was about 15-20 minutes from ordering until served. My Frappe was the first thing made and by the time I got it, it wasn't frozen anymore and the whipped cream settled to a flat semi-fluid puddle on top. Chicken sandwich was drenched in vegetable juices to the point it was a soggy mess and the signature fries were a limp and flavorless signature disaster. The cashier even took a creative license on placing our order. I asked for my Frappe to be a substitute for my meals drink, knowing I'd pay a dollar extra, and an extra soda on the side. Instead the Frappe was ordered in the side, I paying full price for it instead of a $.99 soda. The only thing that came out good was the apple pies, but really how do you screw that up.nOverall, not a generally enjoyable experience. If in the area again, I'll definitely try other dining options.

Honestly this place always gets everything right right and always has the friendliest staff so they've earned themselves a 4/5 stars from me. Although I like the one on Eisenhower a bit more then the other ones. But nicely done

Typical fast food service but just what we needed in a rush and with four kids

Brought us out the wrong food 3 different times. I'm usually pretty patient but they were really bad today
