Appointments only, kind and courteous service. Pedicure was a good personal treat at reasonable cost.

This is a review of Vsreen, the manager, and not of the students. Last year, my adult daughter and I went to get her hair cut while she was visiting Olympia. Her previous haircut had been especially for curly hair, an established technique, and expensive. Vsreen mocked the cut, and when we explained it, she categorically told us there was no such thing as a different technique for curly hair. She continued to dismiss us in a passive aggressive manner throughout the haircut.nnI forgave her for that - no problem.nnBUT today I came in for a pedicure, and though the students usually do it, Vsreen did it this morning. She shut me down when I tried to start a conversation, skipped several of the steps that are part of a pedicure at the Beauty School, and walked away without saying anything. I was clearly dismissed.nnPetty. Unprofessional.

My friend goes there whenever he can, I like having long hair but even so, the staff are still friendly. The best part is when I got dumb questions they dont mind. I do limit myself to avoid ruining a good thing.
