If you're a millennial bro, this place is for you. If you like to play games on your phone, while telling the barber how drunk you got last night, this place is for you. If you are down with the barber leaving you sitting in the chair five minutes while he talks to his buddies about what they're doing after he gets off work, this place is for you. If you like to wait for an hour as a walk-in, while the barbers take their friends ahead of you, this place is for you. The place has a great image from outside. Once you're inside, the customer service is pretty sad.
