They offer a variety of plans and classes. Multiple trainers available so it’s easy to find the best trainer for you. All trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with. EFB is a well-structured and outfitted business. They have a variety of tools and equipment to ensure ever changing sessions. High energy music, classes and trainers are helpful in your journey. They work with people for injury recovery or prevention, weight loss, to get in better overall shape, etc. Highly recommended.
A great gym with incredible owners who truly care for the people who come through the doors. If you are in the Lacey area this is definitely a gym that you should want to be apart of!
This is a place where you can actually be hands on with great trainers who have a deep rooted passion for the fitness industry.there isn’t a question that can’t be answered plus there energy is always positive torwards helping others achieve there fitness goals.
