Typical fast food place with weird Covid-19 rituals. Food is tasty, mostly fresh. Not cheap. Service was good. Parking ample. Okay place
If I was a manager there whoever was working on November 19th at night should get a raise and a bonus every single employee had a smile on their face helped out the customer in front of me perfectly helped me out perfectly. This is how customer service should be everywhere
Service has gone downhill in the last two months. It literally takes three employees 10 minutes to take order, spoon onto a plate, fold the foil over and process. This has been my repeated experience for the last three visits. Manager said “We were busy” instead of giving me incentive to return. People walk away while waiting outside because there is zero quality control.
Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. First time I came, I got double meat and it was about the same portion as what a single portion would be from other locations. Second time I opted for regular portion and it was even more pathetic. Not to mention every time I’ve asked for extra rice and it still didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. Won’t be back.
Third time I have been to this location and they have been out of lettuce. I finally asked if they could offer a discount since this has happened before and they said no. They also only put half the spoon full of meat in my bowl and dumped the rest back.. I'll just drive to a different location from now one. They won't be getting my business here anymore.
