Just drove by. People inside going full blast without a single mask seen. We had 95,000 new infections today. This is just gross and exactly why we can’t be trusted to self regulate. Also I’m fairly sure is super illegal in WA. As a healthcare worker it’s a real slap in the face.

Great for pushing it to the max. If that’s your thing!! Can’t wait till it RE-opens.

The coaches are amazing they keep you motivated from start to finish. The music and atmosphere make the workout so much fun!

Great place to build overall fitness. Not much focus on lifting and not crossfit type workout.

Was afraid of going here for months even though a bunch of people in the area told me it was awesome. All I heard was... it involved paying someone to yell at you for an hour. Took a class once they opened up at 50% capacity to see what it's like and have now signed up and really enjoy this place.nnThe coaches are high energy and thier intensity is motivational.nThe exercises are all short bursts of work, so even if you hate something... You can put in everything knowing you only have a few more minutes.nThey provide alternative options to nearly everything which is helpful if you want to build yourself up to the point where you can do some of the exercises.nHaving tried classes where you only do one thing, doing stuff at the gym myself, and working 1-on1 with a trainer... I really think OTF has found the perfect blend. You get a healthy dose of each of those experiences at a pretty reasonable price point.nnI also really appreciate how much they take care of the members. It's probably impacting thier bottom line but they're now operating at 25% capacity due to the resurgence. There are wipes and spray bottles everywhere, and they provide time to clean and move between stations. It's really nice that they've taken something that could otherwise be high risk but made it fairly safe in this time of uncertainty.
