This was our first experience at Melting Pot and we had such a wonderful time. I was a bit nervous to bring our young kids but our server Kelsey was nothing but kind, patient, and helpful as we ordered and ate. She helped us navigate the menu to what worked best for our family and we were able to relax and enjoy our meal and time together. The food and drinks were delicious and fun and we will absolutely go back again. All of the staff was so courteous in making our dining experience great. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fun, different, dining experience.

Had dinner for my anniversary this evening. The food was excellent as always but the service was even better. Our server Sam was awesome! Very attentive and very knowledgeable with the menu. Throughout our entire meal Sam was extremely helpful and polite. We will definitely return as the food and service was great!

Service was a fantastic. Our waiter Michael was excellent very laid-back knowledgeable and a good conversationalist made my husband and I feel very comfortable and at ease. The food was beyond amazing everything was perfect from the timing of the dishes to the portion amount. Five stars for both our waiter and the other staff making our night and anniversary special

The staff are wonderful at what they do. We spent two and a half hours eating, drinking and being merry. Eating fondue style is the most relaxed and enjoyable way to enjoy food. The experience that the Louisville Melting Pot provides is personalized and friendly. I love it!

Great food and terrific service. We always have great time. We celebrate all birthdays and our anniversary there but in this pandemic they raise their food prices up to 40% early this year cheese for two was less then $18 and now 29.50 so please look for these high raise in this restaurant.
